Ride Information – Everything You Need to Know for an Unforgettable Experience
At Trike Trips, we’re committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable riding experience for all our guests. Here’s what you need to know before you embark on your adventure with us.

Safety Gear Provided
We supply high-quality helmets, jackets, and gloves to ensure your safety and comfort during the ride. Our top-notch leather jackets will keep you warm and stylish as you explore the beautiful landscapes of Sydney and beyond. We also supply light weight ‘wind breakers’ for the summer months should you decide to choose these.

Booking Requirements
When you wish to book your ride you will be sent a ‘Booking Email’ which will confirm some of the details of the Tour you have chosen and also ask some other questions that Trike Trips need to settle the booking. These questions include the approximate weight and height of all passengers. This information helps us ensure the correct fitment of jackets and gear. If you have any special requirements or need assistance, don’t hesitate to let us know—we’re here to help!

What to Bring
All you need to bring along are:
Long pants (preferably durable)
Enclosed footwear (no sandals or open-toed shoes)
A camera and/or video equipment to capture the incredible moments along the way.
Sun Screen/Block Out during the hotter summer months.

Special Needs Passengers
We understand that some of our guests may have special needs. We have trikes and sidecars available that are typically suitable for passengers requiring additional assistance. Please reach out to us before your ride, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Weather Considerations
In the event of bad weather or unsuitable road conditions, we’ll notify you as soon as possible to reschedule your ride. If rescheduling isn’t an option, you will receive a FULL refund. To ensure you’re prepared, we carry wet weather clothing on all rides in case of unexpected rain which may occur during the tour.

Weight and Age Restrictions
For safety reasons, we have the following restrictions:
Individual passenger weight limit: 115 kg (253 lbs) for trikes and 95 kg (210 lbs) for solo bikes.
Age limit: Passengers must be at least 8 years old and accompanied by an adult on the trikes.
Please note that the driver has the discretion to refuse passage to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displays rude or abusive behavior, or is deemed unsuitable to ride for any reason.

Qualified and Insured Riders
All of our riders hold current NSW drivers/riders licences and are authorized by New South Wales Point to Point. Trike Trips is fully accredited with Point to Point, accreditation number BSP-401716. We also carry public liability insurance, giving you peace of mind as you enjoy your adventure.

Communication and Comfort
On our BOOM trike, as well as our Harley Davidson Softail and Indian Springfield motorcycles, you’ll find helmets equipped with the latest helmet bluetooth communication system. This allows everyone to converse during the tour, enhancing your experience as you share the sights and sounds of your journey. Our helmets are also electronically sanitized after each use, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene for our guests.
